Developed by a team of counselors, pediatricians, and therapists led by Gauri Sood and Dr. Amit Sood, HappiGenius (HG) has been tested in five pilot studies, including an IRB-approved clinical trial. The IRB-approved study showed significant improvement in frequency of children-reported positive emotions and self-compassion, and teacher-reported behavioral outcomes, including total difficulties and prosocial skills.

HG skills are as relevant for children as they are adults. Participate with your child to create perfect bonding moments as you both learn and grow emotionally and socially.

The HappiGenius Model: The HappiGenius model is an evidence-based, resilience-powered, neuroscience-informed approach to social and emotional learning (SEL). HG is anchored in the BFF approach (Breathing, Focusing, and Feelings). Each lesson in HappiGenius teaches skills in relaxed breathing, developing strong, intentional focus, and accessing uplifting feelings. Sprinkled throughout the lessons are fun facts to keep your child fascinated and engaged.
